We have 3 living room sets from Palliser Rooms EQ3. 1 manual theatre set, one per theatre set, and one manual reclining set. They are all excellent quality furniture built to last. We've only ever had one small warranty problem, which was fixed promptly - and they even picked up the piece to repair and returned it to us. Our customer service experience has always been top notch. Highly recommend Palliser Rooms EQ3.
