Caring for your furniture has never been easier. The Excelsior ALL Stain Experience is a prepaid 10 year service plan that has you covered against ALL accidental stains on upholstery and includes a specially formulated care kit for in-home care and mainte

10-year stain protection plan with a 2-year extended motor component warranty.

For the first 5 years, we’ll send a technician to remove the stain. If the stain persists, then we’ll repair it. If it can’t be repaired, then we’ll replace it!

After 5 years, we’ll send a technician to do stain removal only, for an additional five years. Got a stain? Clean it using the specially formulated care kit included with your service plan.

To prevent fading, avoid exposing upholstered pieces to direct sunlight

For cleaning guidelines, reference your fabric's cleaning code

Spot clean with a damp cloth or sponge, don't rub, treat stains immediately

For persistent stains and overall cleaning, contact a professional upholstery cleaning company. View additional information if you purchased a 5-year extended protection plan

Feather filled components will relax over time. Regular fluffing is recommended.

Cushions:	EQ3 cushions are warranted for a period of two (2) years against collapsing. Foam softening is normal and not covered under the warranty.
Construction/Frame:	EQ3 frames and interior construction are warranted for life (25) years.
Cover:	EQ3 fabric products are warranted against wear under normal care and conditions for a period of one (1) year.
Cover:	EQ3 leather products are warranted against tearing and splitting for a period of five (5) years.
Material & Workmanship:	EQ3 seating products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years
